If it's Apple, we can fix it. We strive for a fast turn-around and in many cases repairs can be completed in 24-48 hours.

  But there's more... We are a 'Full Service', Macintosh service provider. This means we not only provide service and support for all Apple products, we also provide a wide range of support for most third-party devices you may be using with your Mac system. We service all Printers, Scanners, Other Input Devices, Routers, Hubs, KVM's, Projectors and Wireless Devices. If it works with a Mac, we service it.

  All our technicians are fully factory trained and possess A+ service credentials. Don't rely on amateurs, use qualified and trained experts who have years of experience for all your repairs. As new equipment is released we stay current on service training for all new products, so we can continue providing the superior quality of service and support we have been for 35 years.

  All service parts used are new OEM service parts* unless otherwise requested. Hard Drives and Memory are exceptions to this rule. We honor the warranties that each manufacturer specifies for their service parts. In most cases it is 90 days. Again, Hard Drives and Memory are exceptions to this rule. All service quotes will include parts, labor, tax, and any other applicable fees. Unless parts are on-hand no service parts will be ordered without a signed service order. Other than cursory diagnostics, no work will be performed without a signed service order. AzTech stands behinds it work 100%, which is why we do it right the first time.



  Can't find a qualified service provider in your area? Make arrangements to send to us for repairs. We accept the 'hard cases' that others have failed to fix from around the world.
Note: We do not accept packages sent to us that does not comply with; All equipment must be properly packaged to avoid any damage in transit, must be insured sufficiently to cover loss or damage and clearly display the SRO supplied by our representative. AzTech can not be responsible for equipment damaged in shipment due to poor or insufficient packaging or mishandling.

  *Note: Some parts may be scarce and in rare circumstances new parts may not be available and used parts may have to be substituted. Normally, new Apple parts are always used which have the standard 90 day service part warranty.

  **Note: AzTech can not recommend or warrant some hardware and/or software combinations. We always recommend using equipment and software that is appropriate to the computer and OS that you use. Older software and hardware or Beta software is not recommended in most cases. Many problems can be eliminated by following this common sense rule.
